We are a made-to-print manufacturer: send a drawing or CAD model, and we produce the finished component to your tolerance, material and finish specification. Our work spans high-pressure and subsea valve parts, hydraulic components, automotive parts and general engineering components — the everyday and the mission-critical. Every job runs under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system, with material traceability and third-party dimensional certification available on request.

In-house

  • 5 CNC turning centres (FANUC), to Ø320 mm × 500 mm.
  • 4 VMCs — 800 × 500 × 500 mm envelope, 200 mm 4th-axis rotary table on each.
  • Band saw, pillar drill, laser and dot-peen part marking.

Specification

  • Tolerance: ±0.005 mm on selected features; ±0.02 mm general.
  • Finish: from Ra 0.2 µm.
  • Materials: SS 304/316/316L, duplex & super duplex, Inconel, mild steel, aluminium, brass.
  • Inspection: Mitutoyo metrology + 2D height master; CMM via external NABL lab.
  • 5-axis: via qualified subcontract partners under our ISO 9001:2015 system.
