We machine die and mould components on our Vertical Machining Centres to your drawing — the milled metalwork that goes into a die set or mould tool. Send your model and material grade, and we produce it to tolerance under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system with dimensional certification available on request.

Materials

We machine die and mould components in tool steels — including P20 and H13 — as well as mild steel, stainless and aluminium, to the grade specified on your drawing. Send us the material and we'll confirm suitability for our VMC process before quoting.

Tolerance & verification

  • ±0.005 mm on selected features; ±0.02 mm general.
  • Surface finish from Ra 0.2 µm depending on material and feature.
  • In-house Mitutoyo metrology + Electronica 2D height master (to 1 m).
  • CMM certification via an external NABL-accredited laboratory.

What materials do you machine?

What size components can you handle?
