Materials for valve & subsea service

Valve and subsea duty punishes the wrong material choice. We machine the grades specified for pressure integrity and corrosion resistance:

Machining & verification

  • Turning: five FANUC CNC turning centres to Ø320 mm × 500 mm — ideal for valve stems, seats and bodies of revolution.
  • Milling: four VMCs (800 × 500 × 500 mm, 200 mm 4th axis) for bodies, bonnets and manifolds.
  • 5-axis: simultaneous 5-axis via qualified subcontract partners under our ISO 9001:2015 system.
  • Tolerance: ±0.005 mm on selected features; ±0.02 mm general; finish from Ra 0.2 µm.
  • Verification: in-house Mitutoyo metrology + 2D height master; full CMM certification via an external NABL-accredited laboratory.
